Molefi Ntseki’s team was supposed to travel to Lusaka to face Zambia but the Football Association Zambia (FAZ) called off the game because of the ongoing xenophobic attacks on foreign nationals in South Africa.
Safa has moved swiftly to arrange another friendly against Madagascar.
“Bafana Bafana will play Madagascar on Saturday, 7 September 2019 at Orlando Stadium. Kick off 19h00. The match will replace the cancelled Zambia friendly,” read a statement from Bafana Bafana.
