Kometsi believes that the upcoming Cosafa Cup would be a good platform for Baxter to introduce new players.
“Baxter is doing a good job, but there are a players that are deserving of a call up and he needs to look at those players,” Kometsi told Phakaaathi.
“He should not overlook players that are on form for those that he is used to working with. The Cosafa Cup is a chance to look at a few new additions to his core players, and if he does that, we are definitely out of the group stages and into the next round.”
Kometsi believes South Africa got a fair Afcon draw and have a chance to finish second behind Ivory Coast.
