Golden Arrows have snapped up former Orlando Pirates prospect Lindokuhle Mtshali, Ntsako Makhubela and striker Nkosingiphile Phewa from National First Division (NFD) side Real Kings.
The trio were among the top performers at the Magic Boys last season.
The 21-year-old Mtshali is a dynamic midfielder and is said to have impressed coach Steve Komphela in a matter of days after training with Abafana Bes’thende.
“He is a quality midfielder and has matured quite impressively. He has put what happened to him at pirates past him and is looking forward to making a name for himself at Arrows,” said a source close to the player.
Mtshali was released by Pirates without even touching a ball about two years ago after they had signed him from Kings.
Kings have meanwhile signed striker Muziwokuthula Zimu who was at Mbombela United last season as they seek to replace Phewa who was their top scorer last season. The Magic Boys have also roped in former Pirates midfielder, Siphamandla Sangweni and Msekeli Mvalo.
