The KZN side posted a picture of the midfielder on their Twitter account dressed in the club’s kit.
“I guess the cats out the bag. We can confirm that we have acquired the services of Jabulani Shongwe. He will be our player for the season,” read the caption on the tweet.
The Bafana Bafana midfielder, whose contract with Wits still had a left, had been training with the club ahead of his moved being finalised.
Shongwe did enough at training to convince Arrows coach Clinton Larsen to offer him a contract.
