Kick Off is 8.15pm.
The club had a meeting on Wednesday morning with all the stakeholders involved, where a final decision was made.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Premier Soccer League already told Phakaaathi that the match was going to happen.
“As far as we are concerned the game is going ahead,” said PSL spokesperson Lux September.
“We wrote to them (Ajax) yesterday to say that we had heard they don’t want to play, they wrote a back and said it was ok.”
Ajax are unable to use their regular home ground, the Cape Town Stadium, because it is hosting the Ultra Music Festival.
