Ajax looking to overcome Stars hoodoo
Ajax Cape Town coach Stanley Menzo believes their past results against Free State Stars away from home will count for nothing when the teams meet this evening at Goble Park.

Ajax have only registered one victory this season and head into this tie having not beaten Ea Lla Koto away from home in 14 matches.
“For me past results don’t count. For me it is a challenge and a challenge we want to conquer. There will be a time where you will change your fortunes. Just because we have struggled there in the past, doesn’t mean we will always struggle there,I don’t believe that,” the Ajax coach was quoted on the club’s website.
The Ajax coach says he wants maximum points from this encounter, but admits that it won’t be easy.
“It would be very good for us to get all three points, it won’t be easy we know, but we have to go for it, be committed. It’s not impossible,” the former Dutch international concluded.
