Ajax knock Pirates out of top – eight position
Ajax Cape Town sneaked into the top half of the Absa Premiership after edging Chippa United 1-0 at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Urban Warriors have endured a terrible season, but managed to get back in the groove knocking Orlando Pirates out of the top eight in the league table.
Ajax occupy the eighth spot with 32 points, just a point above Pirates who are ninth on the table.
The win against the Chilli Boys has given Ajax coach Stanley Menzo some relief after going four games without a win, however, having got into the top half of the table, the Ajax coach says it is up to his players to maintain it.
“They have to do it, the started well today so it is up to them now,” Menzi tols SABC sport.
Pirates will be looking to register a victory against Mamelodi Sundowns on Sunday at the Orlando Stadium in order to reclaim the top eight spot.
