Yacouba has been linked with various African clubs including Orlando Pirates, Zesco United and Zamalek.
The latest reports suggest that the striker has signed a pre-contract with Pirates and will join the Buccaneers in the new season.
Yacouba’s agent, Jesse Jantuah, however, insists the Burkina Faso international is committed to Kotoko but will consider good offers if the club is willing to sell him.
“Yacouba has been going for check-ups daily and he is hoping to recover in time to start playing for his beloved club,” Jantuah told Ash FM in Ghana.
