Former SuperSport United midfielder Masibusane Zongo has questioned the quality of players in the Premier Soccer League, saying he hardly watches local games because of average players.

Zongo was speaking in an interview on #PrimeSportsWithMahlatse earlier this week when he made the daring statements.
He said only Mamelodi Sundowns are playing good football with Orlando Pirates second but they are also on and off.
He said he didn’t even want to talk about Kaizer Chiefs.
He also questioned Chiefs decision to sign Siyethemba Sithebe, suggesting that he is not quality enough to play for the Naturena side.
Speaking in IsiZulu, Zongo said: “Khona abanye abanama-dreads, badlala kuMaZulu bagqoka onamba 10. Basayine kwiChiefs. Kanjani?”
This means, when loosely translated: There is some player with dreadlocks who plays for AmaZulu and wears jersey No. 10. He has signed for Kaizer Chiefs. How did that happen?
