Usuthu’s general manager Lunga Sokhela hopes the former Bafana Bafana player can be a mentor to youngsters in the team but admits management has opposing views on the defender’s future at the club.
The former Kaizer Chiefs left-back joined Usuthu in November after spending a few months on the sidelines searching for a team.
The 35-year-old has indicated a few times that he is not in a hurry to hang up his boots as he believes he has a few seasons left in him.
“Look, Tsepo is giving us headaches. He has shown that he’s still a good player and he looks after himself,” Sokhela told Isolezwe.
“He has displayed the qualities that he has played in one of the big leagues around the world. You need a player of his quality when you build a team of youngsters.”
