Cheeseboy Mokoena loyal to Swallows
Mokoena was one of the players who remained when there was uncertainty at the club at the beginning of the season.

Former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns star Lebohang Mokoena has committed himself to helping former top flight giants, Swallows FC rise to their former status rather than look elsewhere.

Mokoena was one of the players who remained when there was uncertainty at the club at the beginning of the season, while the likes of Collins Mbesuma and Ndiviwe Mdabuka, who were in the Maccabi team before the status was bought by Swallows, left.
“There were options for him, especially with Black Leopards looking for experienced players and Stellenbosch who had just been promoted but he opted to stay and not try get a move elsewhere. He wants to go into the history books as having been part of the players who brought back the Dube Birds,” said a source.
