SA hockey women squad announced
The SA Hockey Association on Tuesday announced the South African women's squad ahead of this month's Hockey World Cup in the Netherlands and The Hague.

Led by triple Olympian skipper Marsha Cox, South Africa head to the World Cup with an 18 member squad sporting over a thousand international caps, which include appearances at the 2012 London Olympics, as well as the 2010 World Cup.
Coach Gilles Bonnet had at his disposal 13 members who have all taken part at the Olympics in recent years.
SA Women squad: Anelle van Deventer, Lisa Deetlefs, Marcelle Manson, Nicolene Terblanche, Lenise Marais, Marsha Cox (capt), Shelley Russell, Bernie Coston, Tarryn Bright, Dirkie Chamberlain, Celia Evans, Sanani Mangisa, Quanita Bobbs, Illse Davids, Kelly Madsen, Lilian du Plessis, Kathleen Taylor, Sulette Damons.
