The Blitzboks are back in camp as they prepare for the Australasian leg of the World Sevens Series, which commences at the end of the month.
And one stalwart looks particularly up for it.
Kwagga Smith is hammering his teammates in training, a particularly impressive feat given that he only stands 1.80m in his boots.
