The Springboks are on their way home โ and they’re in good spirits.
The Boks squad was captured walking through an airport in France and singing their way onto their flight back home to South Africa earlier on Monday.
Watch here:
The Boks became four-time World Cup winners on Saturday after beating the All Blacks 12-11 in an epic 2023 final at the Stade de France in Paris. The Boks also won the World Cup in 1995, 2007 and 2019.
Siya Kolisi and his charges are on their way home to celebrate with their South African fans, who’re expected to turn up at OR Tambo International in their thousands on Tuesday morning to welcome the Boks.
Kolisi and Co will then embark on a tour though the country to thank their fans and show off the Webb Ellis cup.
