The DHL Stormers saw their unbeaten start to the season come to an end in a defeat to Glasgow Warriors on Friday night.
Having started their campaign with bonus-point victories over the Lions in Johannesburg and Scarlets in Stellenbosch, the Stormers were beaten 20-9 in Glasgow in the first of their four tour matches.
Three first-half penalties from Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu – one of those from just in front of the halfway line – accounted for the Stormers’ only points of the match.

Glasgow took the 11-point lead into the break after hooker Johnny Williams punished the visitors for yellow cards to Evan Roos (dangerous cleanout) and Joseph Dweba (dangerous tackle)in the space of a minute by scoring his second try.
While the Stormers survived the second-half period when they were down to 13 men and responded positively, they could not further dent the scoreboard, and came away with nothing as their poor record in the northern hemisphere continued.
John Dobson’s side will travel to Italy to take on Benetton next Saturday.
