Boks beat England 29-20 at Twickenham — LIVE

The Springboks beat England 29-20 at Twickenham in a one-off Test on Saturday to register a 10th win from 12 matches this year.

The world champions were made to work extremely hard for their win as England dominated the territory and possession stats but the Boks scored more tries and tackled as if their lived depended on it to record a tight win.

England will also rue not taking all the chances they created as they also fluffed several opportunities in the second half.

There was little to choose between the teams, with the Boks perhaps shading the scrum contest, England winning the lineout tussle and the home team possibly also better in the backs, but the Boks found a way to win, as they so often do.

Cheslin Kolbe was outstanding in scoring two tries, Pieter-Steph du Toit and Grant Williams also crossed for the Boks while for England Ollie Sleightholme and Sam Underhill crossed for tries.

The Boks will be concerned about the number of penalties they conceded, with their discipline not up to scratch.

They take on Wales next Saturday.
