London theatre one to watch

London Theatre in the last race – Race 8 – continues to see her merit rating slide and could end up doing well in this FM 60 Handicap over 1600m on the Polytrack.
The six-year-old mare is a difficult horse to select to win with so a place bet on her is suggested.
The drop in trip could suit London Theatre as the pace is quicker which suits her come-from-behind tactics. Having drawn stall gate No 2 is a bonus and jockey Karl Zechner can always be relied on to give of his best.
The other horse to catch the eye at this meeting is the Alan Greeff-trained Bride’s Dowry.
Being slowly away often has led to this filly’s downfall and could have been the case last time as she found traffic problems when making her run under apprentice Collen Thabana. Bride’s Dowry was quickening up nicely and would have gone close twinning there.
Jockey Greg Cheyne is back aboard the four-year-old filly and she should go very close to winning Race 7, a FM 84 Handicap over 1900m.
Trainer Greeff has his string in good form at the moment which is an added plus.
At the weights both Scarlet Berry and Evening Rose are the likely threats.
