It’s up to Corne Spies
The prices may be skinny but two runners from the Corne Spies yard - Wolverina and All The Bids - look hard to oppose and the double looks very likely.

Wolverina, running in Race 1, got good betting support on her debut and only found Play Date 1.50 lengths too good for her. That was on the Vaal Sand so this surface should not be a problem and the Captain Al filly faces mostly modest opposition.
Lady Liberty has changed yards to trainer Tienie Prinsloo who has done particularly well with recruits from other yards so could prove a threat.
All The Bids in Race 6 has won three out of four at this track and looks likely to post another win today. This son of Daring Bid has met and beaten a lot of those who contest this Pinnacle Stakes over 1400m.
The weights are very much in favour in the four-year-old as he would be required to carry 4kg and more if this was a handicap. Draw No 7 could be a slight problem as it may not give jockey Fanie Chambers the ideal soft lead one hopes for when leading.
Jaguar looks best placed to chase All The Bids home.
