Blinkers could help Silver Rose regain form
The short break plus the addition of blinkers for the first time could freshen him up nicely for this race.

Jockey Keegan de Melo is having a good week and Silver Rose in Race 7, a MR 68 Handicap over 1900m on the Greyville Polytrack tonight could give him yet another winner.
This Silvano gelding was coming along nicely in his first three starts and the form of his runs has held up well enough so it was a bit surprising that he could only manage sixth place in his last start.
The short break plus the addition of blinkers for the first time could freshen him up nicely for this race.
It is a competitive race though and there are a few others in the race one must consider.
Desert Sunset is one his form since winning a maiden race back in June.
For Ever took a long time to win a race but followed that up with another win so is clearly in good heart and is well suited to this course and distance.
Magical Bet likes the surface and is well enough drawn but will be giving weight away to all of his rivals.
Both trainer Sean tarry and jockey S’Manga Khumalo are in very good form and they team up with Lucky Luciano who is trying the Polytrack for the first time.
Two others on the card that could be worth considering are Momo in Race 1, a Maiden Plate over 1400m and French Revolution in Race 6, the Michaelmas Handicap over 1900m.
Momo is improving with each run so can get us all off to a good start over a course and distance that will suit.
French Revolution is yet another that will be course and distance suited.
