Free rabies vaccination clinic to be held in Isipingo

Residents in Isipingo Hills, Isipingo Rail, Lotus Park and Orient Hills are encouraged to take their cats and dogs for free rabies vaccinations.

THE KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will be hosting its free rabies vaccination campaign in Isipingo from October 15 to 17.

The campaign aims to curb the spread of rabies and to improve rabies knowledge among communities.

On October 15, residents can get their pets vaccinated at Lotus Park’s Teal Place grounds from 09:00 to 10:30, and Cocus Avenue grounds from 11:00 to 13:00.

On October 16, vaccinations will be administered at the Orient Hills parking lot (at the flats) from 09:00 to 10:30, and at the Orient Park Clinic grounds from 11:00 to 13:00.

On the final day, October 17, teams will be at Isipingo Hills’ Saunders Park from 09:00 to 10:30 and James Avenue Park from 11:00 to 12:00, before moving to Isipingo Rails’ Pilgrim grounds (opposite the train station) from 12:30 to 13:00.
