EARTH Centre needs big funder

The EARTH Centre continues to seek backing from big sponsors to sustain the programmes they offer to disabled children.

The Ruimsig-based organisation has been struggling with funding for quite some time. The centre hosts a number of charity events to bolster its bank account; however, they do not bring in enough to solve their financial problems.

“Our funding isn’t at its best at the moment, and we are looking for a big sponsor that can really step up and help out. This sponsor should be a person who is really interested at investing in disabled children and set them up for a better future,” Nicole Ras, the marketing coordinator explained.

The EARTH Centre is a non-profit company that is passionate about empowering disadvantaged, disabled people through horse-riding therapy. This unique therapy strengthens the riders physically and minimises barriers to opportunities in mainstream society.
