The Turn to Eternal Hope free rehab is assisting a mother in trying to find her missing allegedly drug addicted daughter.
The 29-year-old woman, Susan Toerien is allegedly living in a motor vehicle with a 53-year-old man who it is believed is keeping her addicted.
