Father and daughter duo wins round 2 of the Womza National Rally Championship in Ermelo

The dynamic duo in their Ford Ranger with 5l Mustang engine, put up an impressive time of 1:04,35 to bag the victory.

Ermelo’s Wors Prinsloo, driver, and his daughter Liané, navigator, were the victors in round 2 of the Womza National Rally Championship in Ermelo on 24 April.

Hot on their heels were fellow Ermelo racers, Johan Strauss and Elzaan Venter in their Subaru Impreza.

They came in just 17s short of the Prinsloo’s with a time of 1:04,52 over the 10 stages.

In third place – coming from off-road racing to try their hand at rallying, were Glen Theron and Craig Galvin in their CanAm X3 Turbo.

They completed the final stage with an overall time of 1:08,25.
