The 25-year-old midfielder announced his brief retirement from international soccer last week as he was not happy with coach Shakes Mashaba’s decision to have him on the bench in the back-to-back Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Cameroon.

Mokotjo is highly rated in the Dutch league and is a regular in the FC Twente line up.

After losing to Feyenoord on Sunday through Michiel Kramer’s solitary goal, Twente are now in 13th spot in the Eredivisie table.
