De Sa – It’s now time to get it right

Ajax Cape Town coach Roger De Sa is hopeful of a top eight finish ahead of the restart of the 2015/16 season as his side is set to face Bloemfontein Celtic at the Cape Town Stadium on Friday night.

The season got off to a great start for the Urban Warriors winning the MTN8  against Kaizer Chiefs and subsequently struggling for form. The death of defender Cecil Lolo might have contributed to the club’s poor run.

“You don’t become a bad side overnight. We are still playing the same players, and it’s now time to get it right.”

De Sa has faith in his team’s revival in 2016 as they prepare to take on Celtic in a home game in the Mother City,

Ajax haven’t tasted victory seen September when they beat Polokwane City 2-1 at the Cape Town Stadium.

“If we look at the log, it doesn’t look too good. But once we catch up those games we’ll see where we’re at, and I think we’ll be in a good position where we can challenge for a top eight spot once again,” said De Sa.
