Mathoho’s absence at Chiefs awards explained  

Tower was a standout performer for Amakhosi this season and was on the shopping list of a few European teams, he was set for a move away from Naturena.

His absence at the awards fuelled rumours of him finalising his move to Europe during the pre-season break.
