Swallows played to a 1-1 draw against the University of Pretoria on Tuesday evening, their sixth draw of the season. The Soweto side have not won a game in their last five outings. “You have to worry about your own game,” said Rosslee, “and worry about what you can do. If you put one eye on your ball and one on another ball, you are not focused. We can’t expect any favours and that is the reality. Everyone is fighting for positions and the game will be what it is and what it is will be. We have to make sure we collect maximum points.
“We have to do what we have to do. We can’t rely on others.” Rosslee, who was mentoring Usuthu before joining the Dube Birds, said his charges will fight until the bitter end. “I arrived at AmaZulu when they were struggling,” added Rosslee, “and I managed to keep them afloat. I arrived here at swallows in this situation, was it a bit late? Only time will tell.”
