Mamelodi Sundowns striker Mame Niang believes the TP Mazembe match will be their toughest test so far this season and could determine their future in the Caf Champions League.

The Brazilians will meet the Congolese giants in a Caf Champions League clash at Loftus Stadium on Saturday evening.

“TP Mazembe will be one of our toughest tests this season and very crucial for us in the Champions League,” Niang told the official Sundowns website.

“I believe they will come into this match looking to impose themselves on us. We have to be clinical in front of goal and be tight at the back, because it will be much more difficult in the return match.

“The home match is very important in these kind of situations, because if we take our chances and be tight at the back, we will go to Lubumbashi with less pressure on our shoulders.”
The match will start at 7pm.
