Former Kaizer Chiefs and Warriors defender Jimmy Jambo believes Zimbabwe can successfully defend their Cosafa Cup title.

Zimbabwe beat Botswana on penalties to advance to the semi-final of the tournament this past weekend.

They will now play Lesotho in the semifinal on Wednesday at the New Peter Mokaba at 7.30pm.

“I think they will take it again,” Jambo told Phakaaathi.

“I don’t see anyone taking it. It will be Zimbabwe again.

“The squad is there and it’s strong and they did well in the game on Sunday so I think they will defend it successfully.”
