Chippa United have confirmed the departure of midfielder Buyani Sali.

Sali and the club failed to agree on a new contract after the player’s current deal with the club expired.

“Chippa United in its entirety thanks Buyani Sali for the contribution he has made to the Club,” said Chairman, Siviwe Mpengesi.

The midfielder, who was one of the key players in Chippa’s squad last season, could possibly join a team in Johannesburg.
