Amiens SC midfielder Bongani Zungu has advised former teammate Percy Tau to join him in France.

The lanky midfielder congratulated his Bafana Bafana teammate on being voted as 2017’s most influential young South Africa in sports before telling him to move to France to play football.

“Congrats boy, now do the right thing and come this side,” wrote Zungu on his official Twitter account.

With reports suggesting that Tau is on the radar of a few European teams, Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says his star striker is not yet ready to play in Europe.

But Mosimane could yet lose his star player if Tau follows Zungu’s advice and move to Europe.
