Black Leopards have appointed a Belgian coach as they try to get their National First Division campaign back on track after a slow start.

Lidoda Duvha are currently ninth on the log with 12 points after 10 matches, and recently parted way with Jaros Tapera in October after the Zimbabwean failed to bring about positive results.

Now the Polokwane based team appointed former Nigeria assistant coach, Jean Francois Losciuto to the hot seat. According to reports, Losciuto holds a Uefa license.

He started working with the team on Wednesday but will not be on the bench when Lidoda Duvha host Mbombela United in a league match as he is still awaiting his work permit. The club’s technical director, Sello Chokoe will be in charge in Saturday’s match.

Lusciuto was previously Sunday Oliseh’s assistant in the Super Eagles and at RCS Verviers in Belgium.

He has also reportedly coached at Anges de Notsè FC, Wegnez and RFC Liege in Togo, and at Rwandan team, Rayon Sport and at Burkina Faso’s ASFA Yennenga before coming to Leopards.
