Cape Town City FC have confirmed the signings of Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Samora Motloung and Australian international James Brown.

Club owner John Comitis believes the newly-signed players will add value to the team.

“Brown is another addition of an extremely attacking player, who offers plenty of versatility and creativity. He had the privilege of playing for Melbourne City, so his experience and his speed will be a big asset for the team,” said Comitis.

“Brown is the darling of the Australian league, there are only a few players of aboriginal descent, of which he is one of them. We are happy to have him in South Africa.”
