Zimbabwe coach Callisto Pasuwa believes that now is the right time for Mamelodi Sundowns forward Khama Billiat to move to a better league in Europe.

Billiat has reportedly attracted interests from Belgium and French clubs such as Lille and Monaco.

Speaking to Zimbabwe’s Chronicle, Pasuwa said Billiat has done everything to prove his class in the Absa Premiership.

“It is good the way he has been playing in South Africa. He is in great form. He is a boy who has got everything in terms of taking on the man, taking power play. He is short but it’s amazing the way he plays. We hope if he keeps on like this, he will go far in terms of his play.

“I am one person who also thinks it is now time for him to move to European clubs and he has done a lot for South African league. He has proven he can do anything in a game,” said Pasuwa.

Billiat moved to South Africa in 2010 to join Ajax Cape Town for two seasons before moving to Sundowns.
