Sundowns will meet AS vita is the second leg of the Caf Champions League clash at the Lucas Moripe Stadium, and the Democratic Republic of Congo side has already touched down in South Africa ahead of the match.
AS Vita beat the Brazilians by a goal to nothing in the first leg at home, but Ibenge believes Sundowns are not different from his team as they have the same number of player of the field.
“Why should we fear Sundowns? They will have 11 players on the field, the same as us. I’m not afraid of this club,” Ibenge told the SundayTimes website.
“Our goal is qualification [for the group stages] at all costs, the squad is all fit and available. Morrison has fully recovered. (Nelson) Munganga and Lomalisa (Mutambala) are also fit,” said Ibenge.
“Our philosophy is to keep the ball. We want to play like Barcelona, but football is about hard work in training.”
