Baroka FC are set to sign Hussein Tchabalala a tall Burundian striker said to be in the mould of former Mamelodi Sundowns and Moroka Swallows’ Mame Niang.

A source close to the situation said Tchabalala is already in South Africa and should be unveiled as a Bakgakga player soon.

“He left this side on Saturday coming to Baroka. I don’t know the kind of strikers they have but am sure he will be a good acquisition for them and he should be able to give them a few goals.
He is tall and strong and packs a good shot,” said the source.

Tchabalala was in the Rayon Sports side who played against Sundowns in a Caf Champions League game earlier this year.

He is likely to be a direct replacement for Lewis Macha the Zambian striker Baroka released earlier this month.
