Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly looking to bring Luc Eymael (below) in as Steve Komphela’s replacement in June.

A report in Isolezwe on Sunday claimed that Eymael had agreed in principle to the move to Amakhosi and he would now have to speak to the Free State Stars management to see if they would release him from his contract.

Eymael signed a two-year deal when he joined the club in June.

A source said the news could be true as Eymael recently rejected a good offer from Uganda to coach their national team.

“He turned them down but no one knows why. It could be he had already spoken to Chiefs and when he weighed up his options decided against going to Uganda,” claimed the source.
