Hlanti wants Wits stay

Phakaaathi Reporter

Kaizer Chiefs' pursuit of the signature of Sifiso Hlanti for next season might seem to be only wishful thinking, with Bidvest Wits looking to get the player on a permanent deal after acquiring him on loan from National First Division side AmaZulu in January.

According to a Phakaaathi Source, Hlanti is enjoying his football with the Clever Boys and has high hopes of staying with the club when his load spell ends at the end of the season.

“I doubt if Chiefs will be able to get him because he is a regular at Wits and feels they are the right team for him. There have been talks between the two clubs to make his move a permanent one, but we will see at the end of the season,” said the source.
