Majoro was sent off two weeks ago when Pirates played against Platinum Stars. Now the former AmaZulu and Kaizer Chiefs striker is available for selection ahead of tonight’s game against Free State Stars in a PSL match. “It has been two weeks long of missing out on action but I am glad to be back,” he told his club website.

“I have been training hard and working on my match fitness. “Now that my two weeks is up I am very happy and I am just looking forward to playing football for my club again.” Majoro is one of the players who have been impressive for the Sea Robbers lately and he has eight PSL goals.

His absence through suspension has seen Kermit Erasmus and Lennox Bacela dominate the starting line- up upfront. “The team has done well in the last two matches I missed,” he said. “The guys played great football, we won two important games and the team did not have problems scoring, which shows that it does not really matter who plays because we approach each match as a unit, with the same goal and level of commitment.”

The former Bafana Bafana marksman said he is hoping to be among the travelling players to face Stars at Charles Mopeli Stadium in Qwa Qwa.

Pirates are fourth on the standings with 35 points while Stars are 13th with 21. The match starts at 7.30pm.
