After scoring a brace for Orlando Pirates against Horoya in Caf Champions League clash over the weekend, Justin Shonga has credited the club’s finishing coach Stephen Adam for helping him find his scoring touch.

The Zambian international has often come under fire for missing a number of goal scoring chances.

“Since the arrival of the finishing coach, Stephane Adam, we’ve improved a lot from last season,” Shonga told the media.

“Before he trains us, he analyses the defenders that we are going to be playing against. He then takes us to the training pitch and gives us hints on their movements and everything in terms of the finishing, and how calm we need to be when we’re in the box.”

Shonga added that Pirates strikers are more composed in front of goals because of Adam’s training.
