Chippa United interim coach Vladislav Heric was full of praise for his side after they handed Kaizer Chiefs a 3-0 drubbing on Saturday afternoon.

Goals from Thabo Rakhale, Mxolisi Macuphu and Edward Manqele were enough to earn the Chilli Boys a convincing win at the FNB Stadium.

“I believe tactical discipline played a big role today. Tactically we were brilliant today. Everybody was at a level I have not seen before,” the Serbian tactician told SuperSport TV.

“We knew we had to stop [Siphiwe] Tshabalala however wherever which is not easy. I thought [Daniel] Cardoso was also dangerous in dropping back and starting the action so we also managed him.

“We waited for our chances. We created one-on-ones from the Jomo’s side [Thabo Rakhale]. Mark [Mayambela] could not go forward as often because he had a special job of looking after Tshabalala. If we continue this way we can get nice results in the future.”

Chippa will next face struggling Ajax Cape Town at home next Sunday.
