WATCH: Fans run out of patience, help team score goals

Citizen reporter

Unlike Kaizer Chiefs fans who have insulted their coach, these fans came up with a plan to end their team's misery.

Instead of calling for coach Steve Komphela’s head, perhaps Kaizer Chiefs fans should learn from these fans and do something to help their team score some goals.

In a video posted by Oh My Goal – The Best of Soccer on Facebook, fans can be seen holding colourful cardboard-cutout arrows, standing and moving along with the ball and pointing towards the goalposts in case the players could not see them.

The team had apparently not scored a single goal for five consecutive games.

Perhaps what fans should also consider as a solution to the team’s dilemma is to fill the stadium. The video shows that there were not more than 30 supporters, explaining the free movement of the fans in the stands.
