A source very close to Kaizer Chiefs development player Emmanuel “Adebayor” Letlotlo has denied reports saying the 20-year old striker has signed a three year deal with the club.

A couple of weeks ago, Phakaaathi reported that the striker turned down two offers from the Amakhosi management after having two meetings and a third meeting is to follow next week Tuesday at Naturena.

“We are all surprised by those reports the boy has not signed anything yet,” said the source.

“One thing I should tell you now is that Adebayor has some people who will represent him and a family member at the meeting next week. I have a good feeling about it and I think all will go well this time around if Chiefs come with a good offer for him.”
