Letlotlo is one goal ahead of the senior team’s top scorer George Lebese, who has scored eight goals in all competitions this season, while the youngster has netted nine goals in 15 games to finish the Multi-Choice-Diski Challenge as the top scorer.

“I want to see myself playing in the first team season, because I can see that the team is struggling to get goals at the moment. I just want to get there, fight for a place in the starting XI and help the team to get goals,” said the 20-year old.

Adebayor, as Letlotlo is affectionately known in the football circles, he adds that there has been a cry for a lethal goal poacher in the country for quite a while now. And he believes he can be the leading frontman for Bafana Bafana in the future

“My wish is to also be number one striker in the national team, because we are also struggling there.”

The striker helped Donald “Ace” Khuse’s side to end the MDC on sixth spot on the standings, with 22 points.
