KZN woman uses acid to kill boyfriend

A 38-year-old woman appeared in the Camperdown Magistrates’ Court on Monday for the murder of her boyfriend, Highway Mall reports.

It is alleged, the couple from Inchanga, had an argument on Thursday, March 9.

Pinetown police communications officer, Captain Bongumusa Manqele said: “Acid was allegedly used by the woman to kill her boyfriend.”

“She allegedly hid the body of the victim behind a sofa,” he said.

The woman was arrested on Friday, March 10 before she could the leave the area.
