Eish! Obviously unroadworthy with, among other defects, a front wheel missing and the other one flat, this tractor managed to avoid both traffic cops and accidents on its way from Arboretum to Birdswood
A Richards Bay resident could hardly believe his eyes when he encountered a tractor minus one front wheel driving along one of the town’s busiest road routes.
To make matters worse, the tractor was hauling a trailer laden with sand – and with a passenger standing behind the young driver.
