Two men were shot and wounded at Fountains Valley resort in Pretoria.
Police spokesperson Constable Mandlakayise Zwane said the motive behind the shooting was still a mystery, Rekord East reported.
“It is alleged that the attacker fired two shots at two men inside the Fountains Valley before fleeing on Saturday.
“One male was shot in the stomach, while another was shot in the leg. They were transported to Steve Biko and Kalafong hospitals respectively,” he said.
A case of attempted murder was opened, and no arrests have been made yet, Zwane said.
Bestcare emergency service spokesperson Xander Loubser said the man who was shot in the stomach was in a critical condition, while his friend suffered serious injuries.
