Three men were arrested earlier on Wednesday in Lenasia south of Johannesburg when police found them with a bag of explosives, Rising Sun Lenasia reports.
The arrests took place at around 1pm.
The men had been travelling in a Mini Cooper on Lenasia’s Rose Avenue when police pounced.
