The loan deal is a lifeline for Lebese – Ledwaba
Former Zulu Royals forward Jacky Ledwaba believes midfielder George Lebese has been given a chance to prove himself by SuperSport United.

Lebese signed a six months loan contract with United from Mamelodi Sundowns to try and revive his career after his long spell on the bench at coach Pitso Mosimane’s side.
The 29-year-old moved to Sundowns from Kaizer Chiefs with hopes of playing regularly, however Lebese fell down the pecking order.
After playing his first game for United against Golden Arrows where Matsatsantsa walked away with a 3-2 win, Ledwaba is convinced the midfielder is shaking off the rust.
“Mid-season loan deals are good for players, especially if you were not playing,” Ledwaba told Phakaathi. “It is good for Lebese to move to another club where he will play. He can’t expect to play all the time at the new club, but he should use the opportunity to play and see where moving to the team that wants to loan him can take him.”
