Support floods in for Tasneem Motara after threats to expose her HIV status

ANC MP Tasneem Motara has been inundated with messages of support after she was forced into publically disclosing her HIV status.

In a Facebook post, Motara explained she was sharing her status after a former partner threatened to make it public.

Thus far, her Facebook post has garnered over 600 comments and has been shared close to 300 times.

Although she did not share the post on Twitter, she has also received messages of support on that platform.
